Mrs. Annette Larkins is 70 years old! She is a Raw Vegan. She does not eat any animal products. Her diet consists of raw vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds. Her food is unprocessed and uncooked. She states her garden is her “Fountain of Youth”.

Annette’s husband owned a meat store in the 1960s and she became a vegetarian. Years later, she made the decision to be a raw vegan. Her husband now wishes he had also changed his diet when she did. He takes prescription medicine for high-blood pressure and diabetes; where Annette does not even take an aspirin and she is a size 4!
